She has terminal degrees in painting and illustration and has participated in residencies and exhibitions at Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, Delaware Contemporary, Pyramid Atlantic, FAVElab (Greece), Takt Berlin, STOA (Turkey), and Arthouse Pani (Mexico). Eileen has taught at SCAD Savannah, SCAD Hong Kong, Moore College of Art & Design, and Fleisher Art Memorial. She now works independently across print, product, and visual research.
